CHAPTER FOUNDING SISTERS The quest began with four women, Monica Flores, Michelle Melendez, Janet Rodriguez, and Sandy Cardenas, who envisioned a unique sisterhood with genuine values like none other. While researching other organizations, on and off campus, nothing seemed to appeal or meet the expectations of what they were looking for. Not knowing that their lives were about to change forever, they embarked upon a journey that created unforgettable memories in their souls to remain. Then on April 5th 2003 these four women became Hermana Itzel, Hermana Onice, Hermana Xeñia, and Hermana Serena.
